The natural goodness of whole goat milk

Milk fat is one of the key nutrients in breast milk and a rich source of sn-2 palmitic acid, cholesterol, and milk fat globule membrane (MFGM). Unlike standard formulas, DGC’s formula is minimally processed using whole goat milk as a natural source of milk fat and minimising the addition of vegetable oils.1 DGC’s process begins with whole goat milk, retaining the milk fat, is then topped up with lactose, vitamins, minerals, vegetable oils and other key nutrients.2

Natural source of milk fat

By preserving the goodness of whole goat milk, our formula provides a natural source of milk fat, sn-2 palmitic acid, MFGM and cholesterol. MFGM contains bioactive lipids (phospholipids, sphingolipids, and cholesterol) and membrane specific proteins. The MFGM nutrients have been shown to play a key role in the development of the brain, cognitive functions and immune system in early life. In addition, our formula naturally rich in sn-2 palmitic acid may support the digestion of lipids and efficient absorption of palmitic acid and calcium, preventing symptoms of constipation.5
