Supporting the development of a healthy gut

Goat milk has many benefits for gut health as it contains up to 6 times more natural prebiotic oligosaccharides than cow milk.2

Prebiotic oligosaccharides are fermented in the colon. They are an important food source for beneficial bifidobacteria and help support the maturation of a healthy gut microbiota.3

Our whole goat milk formula has been shown to have a bifidogenic effect in vitro and in a clinical study due to the presence of naturally occurring milk oligosaccharides. Our research shows the microbiota of infants fed goat milk formula is closer to that of infants fed breastmilk when compared to infants fed cow milk formula.4,5
